Smooth Cuts by Ray J – No-Show Policy

At Smooth Cuts by Ray J, your time and experience matter — and so does mine. To keep appointments running smoothly for all clients, the following No-Show Policy is in effect:


📌 What Counts as a No-Show?

If you miss your scheduled appointment without canceling at least 1 hour in advance through the booking app or by text message, it will be marked as a “No-Show.”


🚫 Booking & Payment Consequences

  • 1st No-Show:

    • A 50% fee of the missed service will be charged.

    • You may still book future appointments, but at your next visit, you must pay:

      • The missed appointment fee, and

      • The full cost of your new service

    • All fees must be paid in full before service is performed.

  • 2nd No-Show:

    • You will be temporarily blocked from the online booking system.

    • Future bookings must be made directly with me and paid in full upfront.

  • 3rd No-Show:

    • You will be permanently blocked from booking,

    • Removed from the client base, and

    • Asked to seek services elsewhere.


Respect the Time – Respect the Craft

No-shows without proper notice cause lost time, lost income, and missed opportunities for other clients. A quick message or cancellation through the app keeps the day moving smoothly for everyone.
